Southpointe Shores – Sarasota, Florida

Southpointe Shores is an intimate waterfront community located west of U.S. 41 south of Stickney Point . There are 112 single family homes in this Sarasota neighborhood. Homes in Southpointe Shores were built in the late sixties and early seventies. Home styles are Florida ranch, but many of these older homes have been restored or completed removed for a new structure.

Home owners at Southpointe Shore enjoy a waterfront lifestyle. Many of these homes include docks for large boats and there is also a community boat launch enjoyed by interior homeowners. There is a waterfront park that the neighborhood uses too.

Siesta Key Beach’s waterfront activities are close to Southpointe Shores and downtown Sarasota’s shopping, restaurants and cultural venues are minutes away from Southpointe Shores.
